Registration

If you are planning on participating in any of our CASL contests in the 2023 season, you will need to fill out our 2023 information form and waiver. After you fill this out you can email to moc.liamg|eugaeletakslsac#moc.liamg|eugaeletakslsac or you can print it and bring it with you to the contest. If you forget it, don’t worry, we will have waivers on hand at each contest for you to fill out.

PLEASE NOTE: THIS FORM MUST BE FILLED OUT AND SIGNED BY A PARENT/GUARDIAN OF A PARTICIPANT. IF YOU ARE UNDER 18, YOU CANNOT FILL THIS OUT FOR YOURSELF. HAVE YOUR PARENTS DO IT!
